The North Texas Muslim Leadership Alliance is the network of Muslim elected officials, policymakers, political leaders, religious leaders, activists and community leaders working together to strengthen Muslim civic leadership across Dallas–Fort Worth.

Our purpose
Why the Alliance exists
Muslims in North Texas hold more public offices, run more campaigns and lead more institutions than ever before. What we have lacked is a durable, trusted place to coordinate. NTMLA is that place.
We exist to strengthen Muslim political leadership in North Texas, build meaningful relationships among politically engaged leaders, coordinate around issues and opportunities affecting our community, develop and support emerging leadership, and advance a shared political and civic agenda.

Selective by design. By invitation only.
Trust is the foundation of everything we do. Membership is extended by invitation to leaders whose work, integrity and commitment to the community are already established.
Members are expected to engage in good faith, keep confidences, show up for one another and act in the collective interest of North Texas Muslims.

A current member puts a name forward, or a leader requests consideration.

The membership committee reviews the nominee’s record and fit.
